Rottweiler Award Ceremony

Grant Wischenko receives Rottweiler AwardAppin’s President, Mr. Grant Wichenko, P. Eng., receiving the BACnet Rottweiler Award at the Facilities Management Conference in Las Vegas in the fall of 2010.  Mr. Wichenko sits on a number of ASHRAE committees relating to this work.  He is the longest-sitting Consultant Member of SSPC 135 – the committee charged with development of the BACnet standard and has recently taken on the Chairmanship of the Applications Working Group for this committee.  He is also a member of SGPC 13 – charged with development of the DDC Guideline Specification.  He is actively participating in ASHRAE 201P – ASHRAE’s committee for the Smart Grid.
